By using Giyio you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
The Giyio app and giyio.app are operated by Eren Görkem Şahin (“Giyio”, “we”). The person using the app is referred to as “you”.
What the service does and doesn't do
Giyio is an AI-powered try-on app that shows a garment on you live through the front camera.
Images are generated by AI. The real product's color, fabric, fit and size may differ. Giyio does not guarantee size or fit; purchase decisions are yours.
Giyio is not affiliated with any store or brand and does not sell products.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Giyio.
Acceptable use
You may only use Giyio with your own image. Filming anyone else without their permission is prohibited.
You may not create content involving nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate, deception or impersonation.
You may not present clips as real footage to mislead anyone, or remove or hide the AI-generated label on them.
You may not reverse-engineer the app, use it with automated tools, or try to obtain credits fraudulently.
We may suspend access without notice for violations of these rules.
Credits and payments
New users may receive a limited number of free try-ons. Additional credits are sold in packs through Apple in-app purchase; prices are shown in the app and payment is taken by Apple.
Purchased credits don't expire. One credit is used when a try-on starts; if the connection fails, it is refunded automatically.
Credits are tied to the anonymous ID on your device. If you delete the app or your data, unused credits cannot be restored.
Because credits are digital content delivered to your account immediately, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Refund requests can be made through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Content and intellectual property
Clips you save are yours to use and share personally.
The Giyio name, logo, app and website belong to us.
Product images you share belong to the respective brand or store; Giyio uses them only for your personal try-on.
Third-party services
Live try-on runs on Decart's AI service and payments are handled by Apple. Their own terms also apply.
Limitation of liability
Giyio is provided “as is”; we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms and will announce significant changes in the app. If we discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice for unused credits.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
